Pilot evidence / Definitions before results

In the pilot today

Measure the hours after a plan changes.

Formation is by interview. In the first pilots our team delivers the cards, Monday picture, Thursday brief and settlement notes by hand inside your Slack. Our hours are logged separately.

A pilot starts with one live initiative and defines the measures before the first change. The readout measures effort, decisions before their deadline, responsibilities stopped and meetings retired.

Four pilot measures

01

Effort to keep one decision ready

Operator minutes spent collecting the source, owner, conditions and answers needed for one decision. Count preparation and follow-ups before and during the pilot.

02

Decisions before their deadline

Recorded decisions made before the earliest affected deadline, divided by all decisions due during the pilot. Keep unanswered decisions in the denominator.

03

Responsibilities stopped

The two responsibilities agreed at the start: chasing answers and preparing the review. Record which work the operator stopped doing and which work remained.

04

Meetings retired

Name the recurring meeting, its cadence, its participants and the date it stops. Count meetings actually retired, not meetings proposed for removal.

Method

The definition does not move after the result arrives.

The operator confirms the initiative, the earliest affected deadlines and the baseline window before the pilot begins. Coordinated records timestamps from accepted cards and review briefs. The readout reports observed results with their definitions and measurement window.

No invented benchmark, extrapolated saving or unnamed customer quote appears in the readout.
